Refund/DOA Policy

We’re not responsible for weather, dead on arrival (DOA) or shipping delays.

Live Plants Policy

All plants are inspected and packaged the day of shipping for optimal health.

We will 100% guarantee the plants (minus shipping cost) if overnight shipping is requested.

If you choose overnight shipping and get DOA or damage to plants, we will give you a refund minus shipping costs. You must take clear pictures of damaged or DOA plants in their unopened bags, and email them to purelyaquatic@yahoo.com within 2 hours of delivery. Once we review the case, we’ll contact you with options. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If the package is damaged or delayed by USPS, you can submit a claim through their website.

If you choose USPS Priority instead, there is no guarantee on plants and there will be no refunds if plants are DOA or damaged. 

If USPS fails to deliver your package in a timely manner, you can file a claim and receive reimbursement from them.


Dry Goods

The item must be unopened in order to receive a full refund. There is a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded. Please email us at purelyaquatic@yahoo.com for confirmation.

Restricted Species

It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of all local/federal shipping regulations on plants/live stock. Buyer is responsible for any legal penalties that occur from not following regulations. 


All live plants are shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 days) by default on Mon-Wed and Sat. We can ship overnight if requested. Please allow 1-3 days business days to process the orders. Please note, plants may contain algae, snails or duckweed. Simply clean the plants upon arrival before placing them in your tanks.

**There is no international shipping on live plants.

For dry goods, we can ship internationally, It's best if you contact us for a shipping quote since it'll vary from place to place.
